Our original room had damages to room and furniture as well as poor view of a brick wall. I informed the Assistant Manager Ms. Coakley of our concerns and she upgraded our room to a suite with city views! Great customer service from management! It was so nice having almost a studio apartment for the room, and we always came back to a freshly made bed and clean bathroom after spending the day out.
